We’re thrilled to have you join us for our celebration at the beautiful Marquis Los Cabos. We hope this will not only be a special time to celebrate our love but also a memorable vacation for you all.

Here is a detailed itinerary to help you make the most of your time:

- Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

- Location: Rooftop Terrace, Marquis Los Cabos

- Attire: Resort casual but nice! Please avoid black or white, and please wear some color to match the sunset vibes!

For the guys: No suits or jackets necessary! It will probably be too hot for that. A nice button-down (long or short sleeve) with pants or dressy shorts works great.

For the girls: Dresses (short or long) or flowy pants/sets with heels or nice sandals are perfect.

- Details: We’ll have cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with an open bar and music!

At 7:00 PM, we’ll head down together for the resort’s Mexican Fiesta Night down by the pool—complete with a taco bar, open bar, live music, and performances. We’ve got seven tables reserved for our group, but they’ll be released at 7:10 PM, so try to arrive right on time if you want a seat. This is not required! :)

After the welcome party, head downstairs to the pool area in for a lively Mexican Fiesta hosted by the hotel. The resort is reserving tables specifically for our group, so there’s no need to make a separate reservation.

The evening will include a traditional Mexican buffet, open bar, live music, and dancing!

This event is completely optional!

- Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

- Location: Lobby, Marquis Los Cabos

- Attire: Men in suits or sport coats, women in dresses.

Please arrive by 4:00 PM to find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.

Following the ceremony, head straight into cocktail hour to kick off the evening celebration.

- Time: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

- Location: Vista (the same restaurant where breakfast is served each morning)

- Details: Immediately following the ceremony, join us at Vista for cocktail hour on the terrace. We’ll have appetizers, drinks, and music playing! Mingle, drink, and take in the views before dinner begins.

- Time: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

- Location: Oceanfront, Marquis Los Cabos

- Details: As you enter the reception, you’ll find your table and take your seat. Once everyone is settled, the bride and groom will make their entrance.

We’ll enjoy a four-course meal together, followed by speeches and a night of dancing and fun!

The reception will officially end at 10:00 PM, but for anyone who wants to keep the party going, the bar upstairs will remain open. No pressure—totally optional!
